My client cannot see the list of employees when they click the Contact LOV icon in the Manage Assets screen.
My client has four maintenance orgs. Three are associated with the same Management BU and Profit Center BU (let's call it the US BU). The fourth maintenance org is associated with a different Management BU and PC BU (called CT BU). All employees are in the US BU.
For the three maintenance orgs within the US BU, when one clicks the LOV icon in the Contact field in the Manage Assets screen, they see a list of
