Identifying Authorized Hosted Named Users (Doc ID 2512770.1) does not Provide the Correct Results

Hi,

We are using the Oracle License count report to get "How many users are consuming which services based on privilege". This report is provided in Note 2512770.1

The issue is that it does not return the results for few services even when the customer is using for example Recruiting cloud service is being used by the customer but the report returns count as 0.

Even we reviewed Metrics for Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications (Doc ID 2512712.1), we checked that necessary privileges are also added on the basis of which license is reflected in the report.
