Validate and Upload Budgets data being purged

Hello

We are loading budgets using spreadsheet loader which submits Validate and Upload Budgets process(gl_budget_interface). Currently the data is purged once loaded into gl_budget_balances. Is there any option not to purge the data as the client needs some reporting based on the run names.

Any pointers are hugely appreciated.
