Range Max, Mid and Min showing values of different frequency in Workforce comp plan

In our Implementation, we use monthly frequency salary basis, but grade rate of Annual frequency. When the plan frequency is set to monthly in order to plan monthly increases, we encounter a weird problem where the Online pages - Admin workers page shows values of Monthly frequency, while the backend database records used in the Reports shows annual values. 

 

Not sure whether this is expected behavior. But curious to know how it works this way. Have any one faced this issue?
