How to communicate the final delivery destination on a PO when using a freight forwarder

Trying to find the Proper field to record the final destination a PO line. What is "Location of Final Discharge" used for?

We are using freight forwarders to pick up and deliver materials to the final destination.   There is the Deliver-to field on the PO header and schedule but there is also a Location of Final Discharge field.   I am trying to understand the purpose of this field.

when using buyer managed transportation, is the Deliver-to the location where the Freight forwarder will pick up the material that was made ready by the supplier?  if this is the case,  is the Location of Final Discharge the location where the Freight forwarder will deliver the materials?
