Hello Everyone!

I am trying to find the setup behind the Job Alerts to external Candidates that are being sent on a Weekly basis. This is going by the Job Family for example that external candidate is getting all jobs related to Customer Service. Now this external candidate is asking us not to send any emails. 

May i know where do i find this setup / Configuration / Process?
