Unable to Add Mileage Policy to Expense Report Template for Newly Created Policy

An existing Business Unit now requires a Mileage Policy be assigned to its Expense Report Template.

The Mileage Policy has been successfully created and is Active. However, when navigating to Manage Expense Report Templates and selecting Expense Type = Mileage for this specific Business Unit, on the Policies tab, the newly created Mileage policy does not appear in the list for selection. See attached screen shots.

Any recommendations on how to get the newly created Mileage policy to appear on this pick list for assignment to the Expense Report Template? Thanks!
