While implementing supplier Punchout solution, how can we make use of Supplier portal functionality?

Would like to know features that we can use in supplier portal while implementing Punchout solution.

So far, we have seen the steps to be used in Self Services procurement for Punchouts. Would like to know the steps that we can done in Supplier Portal for same.
