Assignment of i9 Section 1 and Section 2

Hi everyone, 

A quick question, we are integrating i9 with Oracle HCM Cloud and have one of the requirements to assign Section 1 before their hire date on Add Pending Worker action and then Section 2 on Hire action on the hire date. It seems to assign these tasks to different actions is not supported and causes issues.  Would like to know if it's feasible to assign Section 1 on the first date of hire with Hire action along with Section 2 and how companies are handling it.
