Summary

User selects date greater than 3/10/2021 at 12PM, yet the report results is pulling in journals with a timestamp 1 hour prior to set parameter

User selects date greater than 3/10/2021 at 12PM, yet the report results is pulling in journals with a timestamp 1 hour prior to set parameter. The user has already set their BI Answers timezone under "My Account" and the same results occur.
