Hi all,

I am looking for a workaround/best practice for using preliminary performance ratings during a talent review meeting. In their current system, my customer does not use a finalized performance rating from their performance document, as would be done in Cloud. Rather, managers submit a preliminary rating, and use that during talent review. If the score is adjusted during talent review, the managers would make sure this updated score is reflected in the performance document, prior to submitting for approval.

I know that talent review process begins after the performance documents/ratings are submitted in Cloud, but I am curious about a couple possible workarounds. Even prior to the performance documents being submitted, could the Talent Review Facilitator create a meeting, and managers/participants indicate their preliminary rating while preparing review content? Or does the performance score have to come from the performance document?

Howdy, Stranger!
