hi guys i hope you can Help me
It is clearly written in the documentation (21A ) that Candidate job applications must be confirmed to be part of the candidate selection process. And also I see this 2 options in the menu but I don’t understand when a recruiter suppose to use them. Lets say the recruiter converted a prospect to candidate do we still need his confirmation? I see that the moment she convert him to a prospect he is directly can be in the selection process so i am kind of confused why do we need those 2 actions in the action list
