Goal Status Report

Dear Experts, I had built a report template that would bring all employees who have saved/drafted, submitted or have approved goals to see the status company wide.  We are now upgraded to 20D (next week to 21A) but that goal status does not bring appropriaet status or employees who have saved goals but not submitted or submitted but pending approval.  which attribute in subject area is appropriate to show the goal status?  Status attribute under performance goal does not bring the value.

Would highly appreciate your guidance on this.  I need to provide reporting as soon as possible.
