Gaps in Compensation Change Statement

When conditions are not met in the compensation change statement it is leaving gaps in the generated version

Hi,

We have created our compensation change statement RTF template using the BI Publisher add in for Word, and although the template is working we are having issues with gaps in the generated version of the letter from when a condition is not met. Is there a way of skipping missed conditions without leaving the gaps?
