Worker.dat for WorkerExtraInfo

When trying to load Worker.dat with Business Entity WorkerExtraInfo I get errrors

Hi

When Loading a new employee with Worker.dat I am trying to add Business Entity WorkerExtraInfo to it. For some reason it keeps telling me it cant link to the person.

The meta I am using is below - Thoughts?
