In 21B, we have made the individual compensation plan and option LOV a client lov. With this change you get relevant plan and option suggestions as you start typing in the fields with choice lists. For example, you want to add the US Flexible Benefit Plan, so you type US. The list of values dynamically updates to show the plans with names that contain the characters you’re typing.

This effects all action wherever individual compensation plans can be awarded such as Manage Personal Contributions, Individual Compensation, Administer Individual Compensation, GHR & Offers actions such as Hire, Local and Global Transfer, Promote, Create and Edit Offer.
