In Cloud, we can submit the ESS Job from BIP using "ESS_RUNTIME.set_submit_args" procedure. Is there any way we can change the description of the ESS Job we are submitting at Run Time?

In EBS, we had the option of providing the description at runtime in "fnd_request.submit_request"
