Social Sourcing Internal Job Links

We recently started using Social Sourcing and one of the pain points for our recruiters has been the loss of being able to send an internal candidate directly to a specific internal job description to apply.
To elaborate, for years they have used the careersection links (company.taleo.net/careersection/xxxxx/jobdetail.ftl?lang=en&job=123456) to just plug in a different req ID to the end of the link and when the candidate reaches the page, SSO is prompted and they can apply fairly seamlessly.
These links do not seem to be supported in Sourcing as the URL redirect to Social Sourcing from the careersection cannot carry or prompt SSO authentication again once the candidate lands in Social Sourcing.
