Technical Document on PAY ACTION INFORMATION table

Is there a good reference document on PAY_ACTION_INFORMATION that explains how this table is populated?

Ideally, I would like to retrieve data from "Third Party Periodic Tax Filing Audit Report" with a sql.  I know there is a report available, but I need to be able to do certain activities with an automation process with some of these data, so the report from Oracle is not sufficient.  I understand this data is stored in the pay_action_information table. Can anyone share any information on this table or help me write a sql to retrieve data from this report?
