Embedding external application pages in Oracle HCM Cloud

We are currently implementing HCM Cloud for Core HR and a number of other modules but plan on backfeeding this data to PeopleSoft for Payroll and Absence Management until we can move these to the Cloud in a second phase. To streamline the user experience, we're trying to use Page Integration in a sandbox to embed certain PeopleSoft pages directly in Cloud and leverage SSO to prevent users from having to login twice. However, we're running into issues because it appears the iframe that's created through Page Integration does not have access to objects in the parent window. Has anyone
