Uploading Questions using HDL with HTML Tag

Hello Team,

We are facing issues with questions upload using HDL. We have to use HTML tags for formatting the question text as it has multiple lines and have few words in bold/ underlined. When we use HTML tags, they are showing up in front end, like in Interview feedback form when accessing it to provide feedback/ when we try adding questions in requisition. Please let me know if any of you have come across this issue and how are you handling it.
