Hi,

I am experiencing an issue with Job offer. I associated to a Job requisition an ex-employee (but the same behavior is shown also with an ex-contingent worker). Then when I try to create the job offer for this kind of candidate, in the first section "When and Why", the mandatory field "Action" does not show any available value (see the screenshot Not_Available_Action.PNG') and therefore I cannot finalize the job offer.
I tried to create a job offer for both external candidates and employees and we had not any problem (for the external candidates the Action field shows the value 'Add a pending worker'; while for the employees the Action field shows the values: 'Add Employee Work Relationship', 'Global Temporary Assignment' and 'Global Transfer').
