Access Denied Error on the Skills and Qualifications Page for ESS

ESS > ME > Show More > Skills and Qualifications (Quick action) is showing ACCESS DENIED error

Hi Team,

From ESS (Navigation: Me > Show More > Skills and Qualifications > Access Denied), unable to access the Skills and Qualifications whereas HR is able to access the same from Person Management > Talent Profile.

Below steps are already taken care to troubleshoot the issue:

1) Employee has been added and provided with "EDIT and VIEW" access on the Talent Profile >  "Profile Content Access" setup.

2) Added the "Workforce Profile Worker" privilege to the  Employee Role. Regenerated the Role after making the changes.

3) LDAP Processes and Security Import user roles processes have been run multiple times to make the changes effective.
