HDL successful import and load but no data

Hi,

I am testing loading a Salary for a new employee using the below data. I am getting the 2 green ticks to say it imported and loaded successfully but when I look at Salary History, there is nothing there? Does anyone have any suggestions as to what might be wrong and what I can look at please?
