Hi,

 

lately, we are seeing some of our requisitions getting stuck in 'Pending Approval' Status and when we click on 'pending approval', it says, Action details are not available because the approval process is being prepared. try again later'. 

Oracle says, it is a browser issue and asked us to delete the cookies, withdraw and resubmit the requisition for approval.

Is this happening to other companies too? It jsut started to happen in our environment.
