Validation on adding Bank Account

We want to validate the bank account number by providing an additional field to re-enter the same. But, as per the existing functionality, there is only one field available on the page to enter the account number. Is it possible to have such customization on this Personal Payment methods page against a bank account? Or any other work around suggested?
