New Heldesk ODA Skill

Hi all,
I have updated our FADigitalAssistant the other day and noticed Heldesk was added in the list of skills.
My question is:
1. Does this support the current Helpdesk configuration (Service > Helpdesk)? Or this only supports the Next Generation Helpdesk?
I have updated the da.FARestEndpoint with our HCM instance URL, but does not work and not even recognise the intent/utterance.
2. In the Custom Parameters do I have to fill in anything aside from da.FARestEndpoint?
