job requisition template stand alone vs job requisition template from job type

for our customer
- for our customer we have ~220 jobs and for each one a different job description. From the documentation I see 2 options for the recruiter to create a requisition from template (use stand alone templates or job templates ). can you please advise if I am right and in which approach we should go? I cant understand why oracle is giving this 2 approaches and what should i recommend to the customer to use
- job templates - We can maintain the job description at the job level work area, , and create job requisition template from Job Type and connect the job requisition template to the Job, in this scenario the recruiter will create a job requisition. All the information from the Job Template will come automatically to the requisition . the posting description will be populated from the job requisition description
