Synchronize Person DFFs with Candidate profile

Hello,

We are moving from Taleo Recruiting to ORC. Since when we setup the Core HR and Taleo modules there was not the place of birth standard field with a LOV associated (it was a free text), we created a custom field (Person DFF) in order to accomplish customer needs. 

Now, we are moving to ORC and we want to enable this person DFF on the career site in order that the candidate can fill in the field during the application. Is it possible to enable the same Person DFF field in the career site in order that the candidate can fill in this one during the application?
