Auto populating the gender and name in Succession Plan : Candidate

Dear Experts,

I've configured the DFF in the name of Gender and Ethnicity in Succession Plan : Candidate tab. These 2 fields should be fetch from the Core-HR(Manage Person) page automatically. How could I achieve this?
