Importing only tax lines using FBDI for transactions that are already created in AR

Please let me know whether we can import only tax lines using FBDI, for transactions that are already created in AR.

When we tried to import by giving only the tax lines, the AutoInvoice program is not picking up the lines from AR interface table.
