HDL to Load Salary with components is displaying wrong arithmatic for change percentage and change amount when only change amount is passed

We are trying to load(update existing) salary via HDL  and our salary basis is of type 'Amount is determined by incremental components'. We have 2 components in salary- Base ,Allowances.

We were trying to load salary by giving fixed value for Change amount for each components. But while doing this we observed that change amount and change percentage arithmetic on summary line is showing wrong addition of the records. When same activity is done through UI ,the summary line arithmetic is correct.Please note that this summary line addition is done by system automatically.
