How to Roll up Leads of Child Account to its Parent Account

We only allow child accounts to be linked/associated with leads, but we also have parent accounts.
Can we roll up the Leads of a Child Account to its Parent Account? So all the leads of the child accounts in the hierarchy will roll up to their Parent Account. So that when we search for a Parent Account, all the leads will appear in the Leads subtab, and they will also appear when searching leads for a parent account.
