ORC process improvement for Campus - Interns

We are interested in better understanding the recommended process for hiring InternsContent
Our main hiring process in ORC is for Professional recruiting type candidates who are all employees (not contractors, temps, externs or interns). We want to leverage ORC to recruit interns and want to learn on what best process ORC recommends for such users. I noticed we have a Campus recruiting type, but there is no special or unique CSP process for this specific type as it is the same for Professionals. The Professional recruiting type lists the Offer section in the job requisition, but this is geared specifically towards full time exempt employee, not for interns. Additionally, as with creating
