Not able to price the newly added lines to the converted Sales orders

Hi Team,

I am facing an issue with converted orders. I am converting sales orders from EBS to ERP but after conversion if i am adding new items to this order it is not creating charges for it. I am converting orders using REST API and setting the FreezePrice flag to TRUE to get all charge components. Could you please help me in adding a line in converted SO.
