Hello, 

We used to run our EEO-1 and VETS 4212 reports from the Data Exchange/Submit Extracts. It's since been moved under Payroll to Submit a flow and our HR users can no longer run either of these reports. Curious why they were limited to payroll access? Any guidance is appreciated. In all my years of working with these reports, I've never had Payroll involved in running them. It's always been an HR function. Is there a certain privilege that could be granted to an HR Specialist to gain this functionality back without getting additional payroll access?
