Hi, Our customer expects us to create new skills for handling frequently accessed HCM content like Talent Profile. It works fine and fetches the expected output when I post the questions on Talent profile directly. But once user gets into the HCM OTB intents like links for personal phone and dependents information and then post queries on talent, it brings response from directory skill, instead of the custom skill we created. Is there a way to avoid this by config or design changes. Thanks, Lavanya.
