CbCR automation not populating.

CbCR configure automaton


To use CbCR I have done the following:

1) enabled cbcr as a feature when creating the application.

2) added CBCR automation rules.

3) added cbcr attribute to the account I am trying to test the configuration.

4) refreshed the application,

5) ran cbcr consolidation for the year and period with data. 

6) I enabled actual_cbcr scenario to be used.

After all this, I still do not see data in the Table 1 form. I also noted that there was no data in the consolidation status for cbcr. Any ideas what is missing or incorrect?  Thanks!
