Unable to Access Journeys

Unable to Access Journeys as an Employee, Line Manager and HR SpecialistContent
Hello Team,
We have started implementing Journeys for one of our clients and enabled Journeys Profile Option.
1) I've created an Enterprise On boarding checklist with the Action as "Add Pending Worker".
2) Moved the Candidate to HR.
I've updated our Custom Employee, Line Manager, and HR Specialist roles with below Privileges.
Employee : "Access Journey by Worker" and "View Journey"
Line Manager : "Manage Journey by Manager"
HR Specialist : "Manage Journey by HR"
Below are my Observations.
1) When the candidate is moved to HR, Candidate did not receive any enterprise on boarding Notifications.
