How to get the element entry Effective start date in the Element Input Validation FF

Hello All,

I have a need to get the element entry Effective start date(current entry) in the Element Input Validation FF, which dbi i need to use to check element entry effective start date.

Please note: I do not want effective date of the element entries which are already created, i need the effective date on the current element entry(on screen value) to do some further calculations.
