External Career Site Search by State
Content
We have our geography locations set up as Country, State, City. When searching on the external career site I have a recruiter asking if candidates can search by state name. I found some Oracle documentation that we can allow the 2 letter abbreviation, but he wants to type out "California" or "Texas" and search that way.
I don't think this is possible, and have only found documentation to allow the abbreviated state search.
Anyone know if this is something we can do?
Thanks!
