Newly created Financial Categories do not show in BI report list of values

I'm looking to pull in 3 new Financial Categories into a BI report I created. I've created the lookup codes under GL and attached the categories to the account segment values, but when I am in the BI report, the 3 new financial categories do not display in the list of values. See attached screenshots.
