Pulling DFFs in to Analysis Reports

Hi, I'm relatively new to reporting - How can I pull DFFs in to OTBI Analysis Reports?  

  • DFF fields in the employee's assignment record - are these listed in a separate subject area?
  • Different Manager Types (I only seem to get the option of "Line Manager")
