Changes are not reflecting in the Adjusted offer letter

Hi All,

We are facing issue related to adjusted offer letter reupload it and preview

Scenario: Whenever Recruiter download the offer letter and make any changes and reupload it.

During Preview offer the changes are not getting reflected and expected template is not visible.

Please advice.
