Social Sourcing Analytics - missing all data other than referrals

Is anyone having success with Analytics in Social Sourcing?

We have been struggling for months with getting some direction from Oracle so hoping another customer has had some success.  Our Taleo Social Sourcing Analytics is only pulling in data related to employee referrals, thus making it completely unusable by our recruiting team.  A bug has been logged (BUG 32195673) and we continue to follow up for when a fix will be provided.  

Is anyone having success using Social Sourcing Analytics?  Our recruiting team wants to explore alternatives and before investing time in alternative avenues, hoping for some success from another customer that might point us (to point the Oracle contact on our SR) in the right direction.
