Is there a way to schedule HDL Worker Load on a specified schedule?

Hi,

I want to check if anyone has tried to schedule the HDL Worker Load on a periodic basis.

Client does not want to use OIC for this process. Instead they can place the file in UCM using REST API calls and would like to schedule the job to pick up and process it. The source system is Workday and also have invested in BizTalk as middleware system.

Is this possible with HDL or any options available to run this program without OIC?
