Modify Test on Performance Document

Performance document has two evaluation topics. One has a hyperlink and one does not. The customer would like the link without a hyperlink to match the hyperlink in formatting. Which means the black item should be blue and bold. I created a sandbox and was not able to make the customization. Is there any other way?
