Hi Team, 

We have a requirement, where Client doesn't want to configure all the process of ORC, where job requisition, Posting, Interview will be done outside the system and user wants to upload only selected candidate's data in to the application and send for approval before the creating offer.

Kindly advise how to achieve this requirement.
