Blank the DFF value based on Job in Run time in Worker assignment

Hi Team,

Once we update/select any Job (ex: “FHF6 - test") manually then the career code (DFF) field value should be blank, we have used “field validation rule type”  but the Job value is automatically converted into number once we select the job due to this auto complete rule, attached detailed document.

Please help on this request
