Hi,
We have a requirement in Talent profile that the person should manually be able to add a free text after selecting the Item Catalog - "Other".

For example,
Employee adds a Degree and chooses "Other" in the Major field. Based on the field selected (Other), the employee should manually be able to add his/ her major as free text.
 

Please advice. Thanks in advance.
